How do you reach a region with no tradition of faith in its military?  Whether it’s a previous Atheist armed forces (like former Soviet bloc countries, where men were kicked out of the military for becoming believers) or the post-modern western European countries, we are trying a multi-pronged and layered approach.  Multi-pronged means we partner with chaplains, volunteers in veteran centers, psychologists helping heal Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), and churches with a heart for the military. Our multi-layered approach involves beginning where we can, with Cadet ministries, PTSD lectures, and military family camps. The next step is to introduce events like “Reboot” groups or “Weekend to Remember” conferences, followed by kayaking or Homebuilders ministries. A major emphasis is on empowering our European brothers and sisters to reach their own militaries for the cause of Christ and the glory of God! This is done by training, resourcing, befriending, praying for, and coming alongside these precious colleagues and partners in ministry! Please pray for these countries, Bulgaria, Romania, and Ukraine.
