Full-Time, RMO, location: fully remote, residing anywhere in the Continental US. Travel approximately 40%.

Provides executive national-level leadership and management supporting Cru Military’s Win/Build/Send mission to produce multiplying disciples for Jesus Christ throughout the US Military community and their families.

Sets direction for the National Team based on Cru Military’s Strategic Plan and ensures staff alignment to accomplish the mission.  Leads and provides coaching and development of staff and volunteers through Area of Operation Directors (AODs).  Actively engages with the Ministry Advancement Team (MAT) to develop and implement the Giving Driven Plan (GDP), setting National priorities with AODs and LDs.  Prioritizes requests from each of the AODs. Develops National budgets according to Strategic Plan priorities. Proposes the budget to the Executive Team for Executive Director approval.  Speaks on behalf of the ministry to donors, recruits, volunteers, partners, and community members.  Actively raises and maintains financial support necessary to support wage compensation requirements according to corporate compensation policies and set rates. Serves on Cru Military’s Executive Team.
